When I used to do Sujood during my prayers, only a little bit of my palms were fully touching the ground. Do I need to repeat my prayers?

You do not need to repeat your Prayers.

Wassalam.
I keep both legs straight while sitting in Sajda as it is comfortable for me. Do I have to instead straighten the right leg and sit on the left one?

Sitting between two Sajdas and in Tashahhud and Salaam is permissible in any way which suits you but it is recommended to put the upper side of your left leg on the lower side of your right leg.

A good dua to recite in the last sajda is the following: 

اللهم اني اسألك الراحة عند الموت والمغفرة بعد الموت والعفو عند الحساب يا كريم يا وهاب

O Allah verily I ask for ease during death, and forgiveness after death and pardon during the judgement, O giving one, O the giving one. 

May Allah grant you success 
How many Takbirs are obligatory in the prayer? Is it required to lift our hands up to the ears at every Takbir, like at the opening of the prayer? And is it recommended to lift the hands at the sitting position between the prostrations when we say Takbir?

One Takbeer is obligatory which is Takbiratul Ehraam تكبيرة الإحرام which is the start of every Prayer (Salat). Other Takbeer are recommended and not obligatory at all. It is recommended to say Allahu Akbar before and after every Rokoo' and Sojood . It is recommended to raise both hands near the ear or near the neck.
