I performed Ghusl after getting a haircut, but I noticed some small hair fragments remained on my skin and in my hair. Is my Ghusl still valid, or do I need to repeat it?

Your Ghusl is valid because small hair fragments do not prevent water from reaching to your body.

Simply, make water reach your head and face and neck then your right side of your body, then the left side of your body. Obviously after having in your heart the intention of Ghusl for the sake of Allah (SWT).

While in the bathroom, I noticed a white liquid, similar to sperm in smell and appearance, that came out during defecation. Might this have been caused by straining? In such cases, is it necessary to perform Ghusl?

No. You do not need to do ghusl. The only time you will need to do ghusl is when the seminal discharge is by ejaculation, or intercourse. The pre-seminal fluid, etc, do not need ghusl. In your case, as it came out with urine, it just needs washing.

A few years ago I realized that I do not wipe off my body and massage on scalp while performing Wajib Ghusl to make sure water reaches everywhere. Does this mean my Ghusl is invalid? If so, does that invalidate all my Ibadah as well?

Your Ghusl is valid because wiping off your body and massage on the scalp is not obligatory during Ghusl.
