If you are sure that they will use it for promoting unlawful business, then you must avoid selling it to them, but if you are not sure about that and you don't have a reasonable possibility, then you can sell it to them.

Packaging or handling or carrying pork is not permissible. Same with non Halal chicken which is intended to be sold or given to Muslims.

'If the packets contain vegetables and permissible items only, then it will be permissible to work in such job.

If you trust the Muslim who tells you that it is Halal, then you can take it as Halal as far as he knows the source of the meat.
