If my grandfather was a Sayed and my mother is an Alweeya, what would be my title in Islam?

If your father is a Sayyed, you will be a Sayyed as well. Your mother alone with out your father will not make you a Sayyed.

My grandfather mentioned to me that his mother was a Sayyeda. Does that mean I am a descendant of the Prophet Muhammad (s)?

Being a descendant of a person or a family depends on the definition of descendant. In general you are a descendant of all your grandfathers and grand mothers. But if you ask about being a Sayyed, then the definition of a Sayyed is the person who was born from a Sayyed father. So, your grandfather is related to the Prophet's family from his mother, but since his father was not a Sayyed, he is not a Sayyed. This is the verdict of most of our great scholars.

I am a revert and my family is Christian, mostly Catholic. My grandmother passed away today. What Dua and actions can I perform so that Allah could bless her with entry to paradise?

As the holy verse in the Quran says God's mercy encompasses all. You can ask the Almighty to show His mercy upon them, and overlook their shortcomings, etc. 

Unfortunately some Muslim groups believe it is haram to prayfor a non-Muslim in any way, but reality is such an approach is difficult for one whose family might not have recognised Islam and be good people. 

Just requesting Almighty God to show His mercy would hopefully assist them in their next life.

My grandfather passed away yesterday while my sister was supposed to get married next week. I want to know if it is allowed in Islam for the marriage to continue as planned?

It is allowed and he would probably be happy about the marriage, however, it is understandable if the family wishes to postpone it. Also, some cultures have viewpoints about these things (which are not specifically prescribed by Islamic law but could be taken into consideration although it is not required to adhere to cultural viewpoints).
