I have an upcoming ear surgery for which it is necessary for me to refrain from wearing anything on my head during the procedure. Would it be considered allowed for me to completely remove my Hijab due to this necessary requirement?

If it is a necessary procedure, and you have no control over the medical staff all being females, then you are allowed to undergo the surgery. Just try to ask the nurse or an accompanying family member to try and cover you as much as they can.

May Allah ta'ala grant you shifa` and speedy recovery.

Is jaw shaving surgery permissible for a woman who is correcting her repulsive jaw which is not normally seen in other women?

The operation itself is permissible but it must not involve any sinful act like a non Mahram man touching her or seeing her with out Hijab.

It is allowed to get plastic/cosmetic surgery. 

 
Is it allowed to undergo plastic surgery on any part of one's body?

Plastic surgery should not involve areas which are forbidden to be seen or touched by others like the private parts.

Other parts of the body should not be seen or touched by non Mahram (other gender).
