A son is a male offspring; a boy or man in relation to his parents.

Is it accurate that Imam Ali (a) had a son named by Umar ibn Khattab during his caliphate, as stated in Siyar A'laamin Nubala by Imam Dhahabi, volume 4, page 134? Are there other historical sources that verify this claim, or is it considered fabricated?
