Sharing/Forwarding on Social Media? An Important Reminder
And there are these individuals who, for everything that they have, they want to spread without any control, meaning what? Any statement they spread or image they spread and they share across WhatsApp or Twitter or Facebook without any control or limitation, without investigating: is this from the Imam? Is this actually from the Prophet? Did this Marja or scholar actually say this or not? They feel the need to somehow spread everything and they say, well, it's not my concern or it is not really, I am not responsible. I'm just sharing this with you.
But you are the tool by which this is being shared by people, isn't it? Between you and I spread these messages or these so-called statements. And, you know, I always say Amir Al-Mu'minin is the most individual who has been oppressed in social media. You know why every statement have it there and stick Amir Al-Mu'minin's name to it, and share it and people Mashallah, it's beautiful. How do you know Amir Al-Mu'minin said it?
How do we overcome this? Make sure we find the reference, at least if somebody wants to find out, did Ameer say this or not, there is a reference for them to go and investigate. It doesn't mean that that particular narration is absolutely authentic or acceptable. But if there is a reference, at least they can refer.
But when you and I have this impulsive need sometimes or desire to forward and to make sure we spread whatever we received, we have to know.
Allah, Subhana wa Ta'ala, says in the Qur'an: "wa qifuhum innahum mas'uloon"(37:24), on the Day of Judgment, hold them, they are responsible. If, God forbid, somebody gets a wrong idea when something is spread or sent, then we will be held accountable. Likewise, if, for example, we spread the rumor over, backbite someone and it spread through social media, the sins multiply. No doubt about that. We have to keep that into consideration.
Et il y a ces individus qui, pour tout ce qu'ils ont, veulent diffuser sans aucun contrôle, qu'est-ce que cela signifie ? Toute déclaration qu'ils diffusent ou image qu'ils diffusent et qu'ils partagent sur WhatsApp ou Twitter ou Facebook sans aucun contrôle ou limitation, sans même enquêter : est-ce que cela vient de l'Imam ? Est-ce que cela vient réellement du Prophète ? Ce Marja ou cet érudit a-t-il réellement dit cela ou non ? Ils ressentent le besoin de tout diffuser d'une manière ou d'une autre et ils disent, eh bien, ce n'est pas mon problème ou je ne suis pas responsable.
Je ne fais que partager cela avec vous.
Mais vous êtes l'outil qui permet aux gens de partager ces informations, n'est-ce pas ? Quand vous et moi, nous diffusons ces messages ou ces soi-disant déclarations. Et, vous savez, je dis toujours qu'Amir Al-Mu'minin (Imam Ali AS) est l'individu qui est le plus opprimé dans les médias sociaux. Vous savez pourquoi ? Chaque déclaration est là et le nom d'Amir Al-Mu'minin (Imam Ali AS) y est collé, et vous la partagez et et vous ditent "Mashallah, c'est magnifique !". Mais comment savez-vous qu'Amir Al-Mu'minin (Imam Ali AS) l'a dit ?
Comment pouvons-nous remédier cela ? Assurez-vous de trouver la référence, au moins si quelqu'un veut savoir si Ameer (Imam Ali AS) a dit cela ou non, il y a une référence pour qu'il puisse aller enquêter. Cela ne signifie pas que cette narration particulière est absolument authentique ou acceptable. Mais s'il y a une référence, au moins ils peuvent s'y référer.
Mais lorsque vous et moi avons parfois ce besoin impulsif ou ce désir de transmettre et de nous assurer que nous diffusons ce que nous avons reçu, nous devons savoir qu'Allah, Subhana wa Ta'ala, dit dans le Coran : "wa qifuhum innahum mas'uloon"(37:24) : « Au Jour du Jugement, tenez-les, ils sont responsables ». Si, que Dieu nous en garde, quelqu'un se fait une fausse idée lors de la diffusion ou de l'envoi de quelque chose, alors nous serons tenus pour responsables. De même, si, par exemple, nous propageons une rumeur ou nous dénigrons quelqu'un et que cela se répand dans les médias sociaux, les péchés se multiplient.
Il n'y a aucun doute là-dessus. Nous devons en tenir compte.
E ci sono delle persone che sentono il bisogno di condividere indiscriminatamente tutto quello che pensano e che vedono. In che senso?
Qualsiasi dichiarazione o immagine che diffondono e che condividono su WhatsApp, o Twitter, o Facebook, senza alcun limite o controllo, senza indagare: "Ma questa frase è veramente dell'Imam? Viene effettivamente dal Profeta? Questo Marjah o studioso ha effettivamente detto questo o no?" Sentono il bisogno di diffondere qualsiasi cosa e dicono: "Be', non mi importa, non ne sono veramente responsabile. Lo sto soltanto condividendo con voi".
Ma sei tu lo strumento attraverso il quale questo contenuto viene condiviso dalla gente, non ti pare? Siamo noi che diffondiamo questi messaggi o questi cosiddetti 'stati'... E, sapete cosa?
Io dico sempre che Amir Al-Mu'minin [Imam 'Ali] è la persona più oppressa sui social media. Sapete perché? Attacca il nome di Amir Al-Mu'minin a qualsiasi frase e condividila. E la gente dice: "MashaAllah, che bella!" Come fai a sapere che l'ha detto Amir Al-Mu'minin?
Come ci possiamo fare? Assicuriamoci di trovare il riferimento esatto alla fonte da cui è tratto! Almeno se qualcuno vuole scoprire se Amir l'ha detto o no ha un riferimento per andare a controllare! Ciò non significa che quella particolare narrazione sia assolutamente autentica o accettabile, ma se c'è un riferimento, possono almeno controllare.
Ma quando tu ed io abbiamo questo impulso o desiderio di ri-condividere, e di diffondere qualsiasi cosa riceviamo, dobbiamo sapere che Allah, Subhana wa Ta'ala, dice nel Qur'an: "wa qifuhum innahum mas'uloon"(37:24), "nel Giorno del Giudizio saranno considerati responsabili." Se, Dio non voglia, qualcuno si fa un'idea sbagliata per via di qualcosa che abbiamo diffuso o inviato, allora saremo ritenuti responsabili.
Allo stesso modo, se, per esempio, diffondiamo un pettegolezzo calunniando qualcuno e questo si diffonde attraverso i social media, i nostri peccati si moltiplicano. Non c'è dubbio. Dobbiamo tenerlo in considerazione.
