Bismihi ta'ala,

At times a husband-wife relationship reaches a stage in problems where reconciliation is difficult, and the only option is divorce.

In many cases children are also involved, and so the worse thing for all parties involved (husband, wife, and child/children) is, in addition to the difficulty of separation, that tension and further altercations are involved.

Unfortunately, we can see that in some cases things escalate so bad, that families are dragged to court, and it becomes a battle between two people who once loved each other.

Bismihi ta'ala,

The answer to this question is circumstantial, based on the view of your Marja' Taqleed regarding whether you are able to dispose of Sahm al-Saadah without specific authorisation.

However, in general if the lady is a Seyyidah, a Shi'iyah, and needy, then it would be permissible to give Sahm al-Saadah to her.

It would be best that you refer to the fatwa of your Marja' Taqleed for this.

And Allah knows best.

Thank you for your q

Thank you for your question. The title bāb al-ḥawāʾij is conferred on these personalities by their admirers and their experience of finding their requests being answered in a speedy fashion. In reality all of the Infallibles (as) are worthy of this title.
May you always be successful.

It has been reported

It has been reported in the "Khutba al-Muttaqin" by Ali, peace be on him, the following words:

"There is a fixed hour for each death that it will not exceed it, and a cause which does not change"

It means there is a time for death that Allah knows, and no one can anticipate or postpone it. On the contrary, human knowledge increases and decreases and it is subject to changes. Such changes are unexpected events to man  but nothing effects the infinite knowledge of Allah.

With prayers for your success.

<p>The Qur'an says:

The Qur'an says: "We have created human being in the best make, then We made him to the lowest of the low except those who believe and do good deeds" (95:4-6).  It is concluded from the above-mentioned verses that the "best make" does not refer to physical shape as it says "except those who believe and do good". It rather refers to the human capacity to attain good, piety and spiritual beauty which is the outcome of "faith and righteous deeds".
