بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful
إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ
Indeed, We sent it down on the Night of Ordainment! (97:1).
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful
اقْرَأْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ
Read in the Name of your Lord who created; (96:1).
خَلَقَ الْإِنْسَانَ مِنْ عَلَقٍ
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful
وَالتِّينِ وَالزَّيْتُونِ
By the fig and the olive, (95:1).
وَطُورِ سِينِينَ
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful
أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ
Did We not open your breast for you (94:1).
وَوَضَعْنَا عَنْكَ وِزْرَكَ
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.
وَالضُّحَىٰ
By the morning brightness, (93:1).
وَاللَّيْلِ إِذَا سَجَىٰ
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.
وَاللَّيْلِ إِذَا يَغْشَىٰ
By the night when it covers, (92:1).
وَالنَّهَارِ إِذَا تَجَلَّىٰ
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.
وَالشَّمْسِ وَضُحَاهَا
By the sun and her forenoon splendour, (91:1).
وَالْقَمَرِ إِذَا تَلَاهَا
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.
لَا أُقْسِمُ بِهَٰذَا الْبَلَدِ
I swear not by this town, (90:1).
وَأَنْتَ حِلٌّ بِهَٰذَا الْبَلَدِ
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.
وَالْفَجْرِ
By the Daybreak, (89:1).
وَلَيَالٍ عَشْرٍ
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.
هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ
Did you receive the account of the Enveloper? (88:1).
وُجُوهٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ خَاشِعَةٌ
