Ahmad Vaezi was born in Rey, Iran, in 1963. He entered Qom seminary in 1982 and studied preliminary courses in religious sciences in 1986. He then took courses in Islamic jurisprudence, including the classes of scholars such as Ayatollah Hossein Vahid Khorasani, Shiekh Jawad Tabrizi, Seyed Kazem Haeri, and Sadeq Larijani. Mastering Philosophy under Ayatollah Abdollah Javadi-Amoli, Mohammad-Taqi Mesbah-Yazdi and H. Fayazi. He then started his professional studies in Western Philosophy and Modern Transmitted Sciences.

Grand Ayatollah Jafar Sobhani (Persian: جعفر سبحانی‎) (born 1929 in Tabriz) is an Iranian Twelver shia marja, influential theologian and writer. Sobhani was a former member of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom and founder of Imam Sadiq Institute in Qom.

Abū Muhammad al-Ḥajjāj ibn Yūsuf ibn al-Ḥakam ibn ʿAqīl al-Thaqafī (أبو محمد الحجاج بن يوسف بن الحكم بن عقيل الثقفي‎; Ta'if 661 – Wasit, 714), known simply as al-Hajjaj ibn Yusuf (Arabic: الحجاج بن يوسف‎, romanized: al-Ḥajjāj ibn Yūsuf), was a governor who served the Umayyad Caliphate. A ruthless, harsh and demanding master, he was widely feared by his contemporaries and became a deeply controversial figure and an object of deep-seated enmity among later, pro-Abbasid writers, who ascribed to him persecutions and mass executions.
