Is it allowed in Islam for a man to be married to two wives who both live in the same house? Can the husband sleep with both wives in the same bed? Can he have intercourse with both wives at the same time?

Threesomes are not allowed. (Sorry!) They can live in the same house but there should be some separation particularly during intimate times. 
In a polygamous marriage, do the wives have to know each other and be friends?
