After removing the Najis substance, you should pour water on the surface where the Najis item was, not all other surfaces of the table.

If you are not sure that water did reach the Najis surface,bayou need to purify it again.

After removing the Najis substance, pour little water on the Najis surface then wipe it, then again pour little water on it then wipe it. It becomes Taahir.

If the water you poured was Qaleel ( Less then 384 liters) ) then it is still Najis, but if the water poured was Kurr (384 liters or more) or tab or current water, then the clothes are Taahir.

If it is water resistant, you cannot do wudhu with it. As for a fake tan, as long as it is not "water-proof", you can do wudhu over it.

The criterion is water reaching the skin, for wudhu and for ghusl.
