If the income of the company is a mixture between lawful and unlawful, then we must avoid investing in such company. Receiving interest from non Muslim banks is not considered unlawful according to many Muslim scholars.

Fabricating work experience is lying or cheating. Islam does not allow lying nor cheating at all. Be always truthful, Allah Will Fund you a way for blessed income.

Companies with mixed income (Lawful and unlawful income) should not be involved in killing or supporting killers of innocents or dealing with alcohol, pork, gambling etc. Working in such mixed income companies then is considered lawful.

No, you are not obliged to share details about this with anyone, and it is none of anyone's concern as to how much you earn. 

A parent might be concerned about your spending, or if you are being paid fairly, or something like that, so communication on that level is beneficial, and you should not be that sensitive as well.
