I have come across many videos about signs of Allah on YouTube. I worry that not watching them might indicate arrogance towards His signs. Do I need to watch all of them, or is this just a Waswasa from Shaytan?

We don't need nor require to watch all the materials of the signs of Allah on You Tube or Internet. We watch whatever we can or need. Wassalam.
How should I make Dua to get closer to Allah and seek what is best for me without being arrogant or demanding? What really does being happy with decree of Allah (swt) mean?

Sincere believers seek from Allah (SWT) to Grant them the best for them according to He Knows, not what they think. Supplications Du'a narrated from the Prophet (SAWA) and Ahlul Bayt (AS) are full of these submissions. We admit that we have no knowledge in front of what Allah Knows about us and our future, that is why, we need to  totally submit to His Will and seek from Him to a grant us what He Knows the best for us in this life and hereafter.

Pride and arrogance can not be with treating people well. Arrogance causes disrespecting people which is a sinful act.

I have a hesitation about consuming leftover food or using the same utensils as someone else because I believe it may be unclean. Will this be considered Takabbur by Allah?

Takabbur is feeling yourself higher or better than others. It is also bad to waste food.
