If a woman wishes to upload on social media any Noha or Manqabat recited by her in tune with the intention to spread Azadari and serve the Ahlulbayt (as) then is she allowed to do so?

She is allowed to do so for serving the noble aims of Ahlul Bayt (AS). Men will be allowed to listen as far as her voice does not cause unwanted effect on non Mahram men, otherwise they should avoid listening.

There has been an increase in cancel culture and banning on social media in recent years. Does Islam have any guidance in this matter?

Islam encourages social co-operation to spread useful knowledge and uplift the quality of life of people. Social media helping the good cause is encouraged but when it spreads bad practices and harmful acts, then it should be avoided.

Is it allowed to earn an income from social media marketing for a company that raises funds to give loans to building owners?

Any business which deals with interest is not allowed in Islam. Raising funds for loans with interest is also not allowed.

Social media marketing is like any other type of marketing, must avoid Haraam businesses.

Intentional looking at the sinful items is not permissible. If he looked at it with out intention to look at the bad, it won't be sinful. It always important to be away from sinful acts and be very precautious.
