If someone has multiple wives how are the wives supposed to treat the children of the other wives? Do they have to treat them as their own kids and do they have motherly rights over them?

Muslim wife must treat all the children of her husband including from other wives with justice and kindness with out any discrimination. Motherly rights are on her own children but children from other wives must keep the respect of the wives of their father.

Can I inherit from my non-Muslim brother who has no wife or children, considering that non-Muslims typically do not inherit from Muslims?

As a virgin Muslim girl, you need your father's or your paternal grand father's approval for your marriage. If your father's refusal is based on un Islamic reasons, then you might try convincing him through your relatives of family friends who can talk to him. You should always keep the respect for your parents and never utter  a word which can harm their feelings. 
In case your father insists on rejecting for un Islamic reasons, you can refer to you Marje' of Taqleed and seek his advice or verdict after explaining your situation.

If a mother is a Syed and the father is not, can their children be considered Syeds? Could you explain the origins of the Syed lineage? Did it begin with Imam Ali (AS) or only Bibi Fatima (AS)? Were Lady Zainab (SA)'s children also Syeds?

Most of our leading scholars state that Sayyed is the person whose father is a Sayyed.  If his mother only was a Sayyed with out his father, then he is not included if the rules of Sayyed. Sayyed is not allowed to receive obligatory Zakat from non Sayyed.

Sayyed are the great grand children of Bani Hashim. Lady Zainab;s children are Sayyeds because their father Abdullah ibn Ja'far Ibn Abi Talib.
