Muslim and non Muslim countries impose taxes according to their own laws and rules. Allah (SWT) Orders in Justice and fairness.Muslim citizen in any country are supposed be good citizens and abide to the law of their country.
The ascension to the heaven ( Mi'raj) was not just a spiritual experience but was a real physical journey as it is clear in Quran ( Glorious is He, Who took His servant in night journey from the Masjud Al-Haraam to al-Masjid Al-Aqsa) (Sura al-Isra', verse 1). It never says that Allah Has taken the spirit of His servant, but Taken His servant which means the full physical journey and never by is spirit only.
Barzakh is the world after this life and before the day of Qiyamah. Pious believers who avoided sinful acts will enjoy peaceful life in Barzakh and their graves will be gardens from the Paradise. Believers who did not avoid sinful acts and died before full repentance and forgiveness from their sins, will meet the results of their sins in the Brazakh, so the punishment in Barzakh for those believers who did commit many sinful acts and did not seek forgiveness till they died. It is not for all believers.
May Allah The Most Merciful and Most Compassionate Protect us from sinning and the bad consequence of sins in this life and after it in Barzakh in the Day of Judgment.
Barzakh is the world which starts from our death till the day of resurrection. Every one who dies whether bekiver or non believer, will encounter the Prophet (SAWA) and Ahlul Bayt,(AS) . Believers will get glad tidings and prayers while non believers will face the results of their wrong deeds. Encountering other prophets is possible as well for the beliefs.
