Do I have to recite Azaan and Iqama before each individual prayer?

No, you do not have to. Both of the are mustahab.

Is it necessary for the followers (Muqtadi) to recite the Adhan and Iqamah, or is it sufficient for the Muazzin to recite it for the entire congregation?

Participants in congregational prayer (Salat Al-Jama’ah) don’t need to recite Athaan nor Iqama has far it has been recited by Muazzin or others.

Are my Fajr, Maghrib, Isha salah valid and Adhan or Iqamah valid if I recite them all in a low clear voice which I can clearly hear but others in different rooms may not?

It is obligatory on Muslim male to recite Sura Al-Hamd and another Sura in clear voice in Fajr, Maghrib and Isha Prayers. Clear voice does not making others hear you, but it means that you voice is clear even if it is low but can be heard by those who are just near you.

It is highly recommended to recite Azan and more importantly Iqama for daily obligatory Prayers, but it is not obligatory. You can start you Prayer with out Azan and Iqama but you will be losing great deal of reward. Hadeeth states that if you recite Azan and Iqama and start your Salah, two rows of angles will pray behind you. If you recite Iqama then start your Salah, one row of angles will pray behind you. If you don't recite neither Azan nor Iqama and pray, you will pray alone then. Your prayer will still be valid but you will be losing great deal of reward.
