Can a non-Shia person who is unaware of the truth about the Imams, but still performs prayers, observes fasting, and avoids sinful acts, attain entry to Jannah?

Yes

Everyone will recognize the Imams after death.
Are there any contradictions between the hadith that states reciting Ayat al-Kursi after each prayer guarantees entry to Jannah, and the one that says having even a small amount of ignorance will prevent entry to Jannah?

No contradiction at all. The ignorance which prevents entering the Paeadise is Shirk (polytheism).

What is the difference between culpable and inculpable ignorance? Is one considered culpable ignorant if he thought what he was doing was correct and he was maybe capable of acquiring the knowledge but he didn't know where or how?

Culpable ignorance is the ignorance which came out negligence or not caring to learn despite the fact that learning was possible. Inculpable ignorance is the ignorance which comes out unavoidable circumstances and could not avoided.

On the basis of the Hadith that says that whoever dies without knowing the Imam of his time dies the death of ignorance, does that mean that Sunnis, therefore, will be unable to enter paradise?

It is not our job to determine who will enter Paradise or who will not. Allah knows the intentions and circumstances of every creature, and He grants Paradise to whom He wants, according to His Knowledge and Mercy.

No doubt, the authentic Hadeeth is mentioned in both Sunni books and Shia books states that: Who dies with out giving allegiance to the Imam of his time will die a death of Jahilyyah. ( Musnad Ahmad bin Hanbal, v,13, p. 188 and Saheeh Muslim, v.6, p.22 and Kitab Al-Sunnah by ibn Abi Aasim;489 and many other books of Hadeeth.
