If that really was the case, and you are a Shi'i Muslim, then the divorce is invalid and has no effect.
There are numerous conditions for an Islamic divorce to occur, and from what you have said, none of them have been met. Therefore, she is still your wife.

Our time in this life is limited and we must utilize it in useful things for our upliftment and future. Wasting lot of time in watching games makes us lose and miss the aim of our life. Those who waste time will be among the losers and repent a lot when repenting will never help them. Hadeeth from Ahlul Bayt AS) stated that: We were not created for (wasting time on) playing but for big aim.( Tafseer narrated from Al-Hasan Al-Askari).
Any money generated from unlawful business or work e.g. alcohol, is not allowed to be received as donation nor can be used in any work whether in Masjid or otherwise.
The most important thing a person must do in life is be very cautious about the circle of friends he/she has, and who they associate with.
We need to be extremely picky and sensitive towards this.
You need to advice your brother about the direction he is going, and how all this will affect his spirit and religious faith. Try to show him the bad effects of these people he is associating with, and how damaging something like an illegitimate relationship will be, and also alcohol.
If your advice does not have any effect, try to ask someone he respects to intervene, inform your parents to calmly advice him, and just try your best to dissuade him. Seek advice from people around you as well, who know him.
Dua is also very important. Hopefully, he will come to his conscience and realise the wrong direction he is heading. Just never give up.
