Are the rewards for reciting a Dua or Surah in English equivalent to those for reciting them in Arabic?

The reward depends on the intention in your heart and the concentration in your mind. Allah Knows all the languages and He Grants great reward to the sincere believers who duplicate or recite Quran with dedication and humbleness.

I can’t focus on my prayers due to my depression and it is also impacting my relationship with my family. Is there any Dua or Surah I can read to help me with my condition?

There are many supplications and Quranic verses to be recited in this regard like repeating Istighfaar, repeating Salawaat,v reciting Sura Yaseen and reciting Sura Falaq and Sura Annaas.

Is it necessary to say Bismillah before every Surah during prayers? Is their prayer still valid if they don't say it before every Surah?

Bismillah ARRAHMAN Arraheem is part of every Sura in Quran except Sura Al-Tawbah. Leaving Bismillah ARRAHMAN Arraheem ( deliberately) will invalidate the Prayer.

'Bismillah ARRAHMAN Arraheem is the Greatest Verse in Quran.
