If the discount was transferable, then you can use it by permission of those who have it.

Is it allowed for me to dine at an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant that serves non-Halal seafood like eel and even pork, given the possible cross-contamination risks between Halal and non-Halal dishes during their preparation?

If there us a reasonable possibility of cross contamination between Halal and non Halal food, you should avoid eating from such restaurant as it is compulsory on you to save yourself from non Halal food.

If the restaurant which offers you the discount allows you to give it to others, then it is permissible.

According to many scholars, one should completely avoid serving alcohol and pork meat. Some other scholars such as Sayed Muhammad Shirazi, stated that one can serve pork only to non-Muslims. You would need to check this with your marja to see what their ruling is.
