Can you provide the names of any Marjas who permit futures trading? I am currently following Ayatollah Sistani, but I believe he has not addressed cryptocurrency or futures trading in his guidance.

Ayatullah Sayed Musa Zinjani of Qum allows dealing with cryptocurrencies provided  it does not break the law of the land and does not harm anyone.

Ayatullah Shaikh Bakir Airawani of Najaf and Ayatullah Shaikh Hasan Jawahiri of Najaf say that dealing with cryptocurrencies is permissible.

Is it true that the majority of scholars, such as Ayatollah Sistani, believe that only an infallible leader can implement Hudud punishment? If yes, what political system should we aim for in the absence of our Imam (a)?

Wilayat al-Faqeeh (The authorities of the Jurist who is the Marje’ of Taqleed) is a matter of discussion between our jurists since hundreds of yeas till now. The majority of our Fuquhaa’ did not have the ability to implement Hudud punishments. Our political system is what the Prophet (SAWA) and Ahlul Bayt (AS) practiced and taught all Muslims, but it always depends on the circumstances and the possibilities of the Faqeeh. Faqeeh who is able to implement Islamic rules is called Mabsoot al-Yad مبسوط اليد . Most of our Foquhaa on our Shia history were never Mabsoot al-Yad.

We don’t raise slogans which are not easy or not possible to implement. When our Fuquhaa are able to implement Islamic rules , they will do whatever they can.

There is no shar'i requirement for a Seyid/Seyidah to marry a Seyidah/Seyid. This is a personal preference and a cultural practice. It is also something that has taken a lot of negative direction to it as well, because some good suitors are being rejected because they are "non-seyids". 

Many of our esteemed Maraji' and great scholars who were Seyids have married their daughters off to non-Seyids, and that itself is enough for us to break this wrong practice that some families insist on observing.
