What methods for identifying Sihr or magic have been outlined by the Ahlulbayt AS? Can signs like writing on walls, unexplained bruises, and persistent conflict in the home be considered clear indicators of Sihr?

None of the things mentioned in your question can be concrete evidence of Sihr or black magic etc. Ahlul Bayt (AS)'s teachings to avoid all types of Sihr, black magic and any harm is to recite Ayatul Kursi, Sura Falaq and Sura An Naas along with Sadaqa and Du'a. You then need not to worry about any thing as far as you are protected by these Quranic verses.

What is the view on wearing amulets or Taweez for protection against magic, Jinns, or the evil eye? Are these practices in accordance with the teachings of the Ahlul Bayt (a)?

Yes, they are permissible to read, as long as it does not entail anything haram, or lead to any haram.

Is it allowed to seek a scholar's help to determine whether our consecutive difficulties are a result of black magic or evil eye? Also, can a morally good but not very religious person claim to receive divine inspirations or revelations?

Seeking advice from sincere scholars in any religious matter is very good.

Non religious or even religious person can not claim that he receives inspirations or revelations. Pious servants of Allah (SWT) can be guided through their piousness and sincerity but they never claim receive and revelation.
