What alternative financial support can we offer to our impoverished relatives, considering that Zakat is not permissible within our Sunni Sayyid family?

Zakat from Non Sayyed is not permissible to Poor Sayyed, but it is permissible from a Sayyed to a poor Sayyed. If you are a Sayyed, you can give your Zakat to your Sayyed relatives.

We should give to our relatives more than Khums and Zakat to see that their life is with out financial hardships just like our own life as much as we can.

I live in a non-Muslim country where it is hard to find poor believers to feed. There are Islamic food banks, but they only accept cash. Can I pay them in cash to fulfil my Kaffara for a broken oath?

Feeding Kaffara must be given as food to poor believer and not cash. If you don't have access to ooor believers where you live, you can send the Kaffara to other places where poor believers can be fed.

Food banks usually give food to public with out the condition of faith, that is why, it is not allowed to give Kaffara to them, but you can give them general charity or donation for feeding general public.

Marriage in Islam does not require big amount of money. In fact it is recommended to keep the amount of Mahr (Dowry) affordable and not big amount.

Marriage in Islam can be a permanent marriage for those who can afford it and can be a temporary as well. In any case, Muslim must keep himself away from any sinful act whether he is married or not married. Those who want to get married to protect themselves from falling in sinful acts, will be helped by Allah as we read in many Quranic verses and authentic Hadeeths.

I am not able to perform any Salat because I am poor and I invest my all time in my job. What should I do as I cannot manage both these responsibilities at the same time?

Being poor is not an excuse not to pray, in fact praying increases wealth, material and spiritual.

First, begin by performing your prayers, once that has been done. Other things, like seeing the ahlulbayt in dreams might be possible.
