Zakat from Non Sayyed is not permissible to Poor Sayyed, but it is permissible from a Sayyed to a poor Sayyed. If you are a Sayyed, you can give your Zakat to your Sayyed relatives.

We should give to our relatives more than Khums and Zakat to see that their life is with out financial hardships just like our own life as much as we can.

Feeding Kaffara must be given as food to poor believer and not cash. If you don't have access to ooor believers where you live, you can send the Kaffara to other places where poor believers can be fed.

Food banks usually give food to public with out the condition of faith, that is why, it is not allowed to give Kaffara to them, but you can give them general charity or donation for feeding general public.

Marriage in Islam does not require big amount of money. In fact it is recommended to keep the amount of Mahr (Dowry) affordable and not big amount.

Marriage in Islam can be a permanent marriage for those who can afford it and can be a temporary as well.
