As she is still a virgin, from a shar'i side, she would still need father's consent, unless she is completely socially and financially independent and free to make her own choices.
Of course, whatever the case may be, morally, it is still very important to have family involved and seek the blessings of elders and approval when it comes to marriage.

If you have reasonable possibility that she is or might be from Ahlul Kitab, then yes, remembering that you need permission from your Muslim wife ( if any) for having Mut'ah marriage with a woman from Ahlul Kitab.
'If she does not belong to Ahlul Kitab, there is question of Mut'ah with her so never flirt with her because it is a sinful act which might lead to major sin.

If the required conditions were met at the time of the reciting of the contract, then it would be valid, and it is permissible for the female to wave her right to receive the agreed upon mahr. She is able to forfeit it after the contract, if she wants to.

If the virgin girl has no living father but has a paternal grand father, his permission or approval will be enough. If she has no living father nor paternal grand father, then she can decide herself for herself and does not need a permission from other family members.

It's always best to focus on long-term goals, especially in settled down and building a family. Temporary marriage contracts could assist you in the physical sense, but in a lot of cases could also damage your reputation and minimise your motive for wanting to get married.
With high level of patience and strict discipline, you are able to avoid sin, and build your character to hopefully quickly get married.
My advice is to stay away from it, and concentrate on finding a good Muslimah for marriage, with dua to Allah ta'ala and tawassul to Ahlul Bayt (a.s.), in shaa Allah.
