a sound way for the believer to keep his faith is by being strict with his personal religious duties, lenient and generous with others, and by talking often with Allah. Then, when Allah speaks to him through the Qur'an, his faith will increase insh'Allah: "and when His verses are recited to them, it increases them in faith" (8:2), "As for the believers, it [the revelation] does certainly increases their faith" (9:124).

With prayers for your success.

We believe that every thing which was stated , said , practice or approved by the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) is from Allah ( SWT) and we Must follow it as Allah (SWT) has ordered us in Quran ( Whatever is brought to you by The Messenger, you must take it, and whatever he tells you to leave, you must leave it) Sura 59, Verse 7.

No, you can not go against your parents for such reason. They might have some reason or concerns which related to your safety and they do not want you to risk your health.
You need to keep the full respect for your parents even if they have a different opinion. You may talk to them very politely to understand the reasons of the opinion or to try to explain your view point.
It is very good to help others specially in hard times but we can not obey Allah by committing the sin of hurting or disrespecting our parents.

It is recommended to wear ring or rings on the right hand or both hands but not to leave the right hand with out ring. Obviously, ring for man must not be from gold because wearing gold is forbidden for men.

It is Makrouh (disliked) to wear any ring in any of these three figures: palm, index and middle. We have narrations that wearing rings in any of these three fingered was practiced by enemies of the Prophets e.g. people of Nooh and Lut.

Sunni sects are four:

1.  Hanafi Sunnis who follow Abu Hanifa Ibn No'maan  who was born on year 80 after Hijra, after 70 years of the passing away of the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) and died on 150 after Hijra.

2. Shafi'ee Sunnis who follow Mohammad Ibn Edrees al-Shafi'ee who was born on year 150 after Hijra and passed away on 204 after Hijra.

3. Maliki Sunnis who follow Malik Ibn Anas who was born in 93 Hijri and passed away on 179 Hijri in Madinah.

4. Hanbali Sunnis who follow Ahmad Ibn Hanbal who was born in 164 Hijri and passed away on 241 Hijri.

Shia follow Ahlul Bayt who are Imam Ali, Fatimah, Imam Hasan, Imam Husain who lived with the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA). Then the 9 Imams from the kinship of Imam Husain (AS).
Shia is not a sect but a title which is used in Quran for the sincere followers ( Sura Al-Saffaat 83 and Sura Al-Qassas 15). The Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) gave the title of Shia of Ali to the most pious of his companion and most obedient Muslims ( Tafseer Al-Tabari, V.30, P. 335) and Shawaahid al-Tanzeel by al-Hasakaani 2: 353 and Tafseer al-Dorr al- Manthour by Al-Soyouti 6:379.

Shia believe and follow the Prophetic order to all Muslims to keep following Quran and Ahlul Bayt (AS) to be andbremain on the Right Path. This Hadeeth is authentic and narrated in Saheeh Muslim 4425, and Tirmithi 3718 and 3720 and in many authentic Sunni books.

Shia follows the Prophetic Hadeeth that the successors of the Prophet will be twelve. (Saheeh al-Bukhari 6682, al-Tareekh al-Kabeer by Al-Bukhari 8:410), Saheeh Muslim 3393, 3394, 3395, 3396 and many other important Sunni books.

Shia believe that the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) `did not leave the Muslim Ummah unguided regarding the divine leaders of Muslims after him, but he clearly informed the Ummah and asked them to give allegiance to Imam Ali (AS) being the first successor of the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA).

Shia Muslims follow the Prophetic Sunnah of the Prophet which is Been narrated by the most authentic source who are Ahlul Bayt (AS) and their pious followers.

The main difference between Shia and Sunni Muslims are in two issues: First : Who succeeds the Prophet in leading and guiding the Muslim Ummah?

Second: From where we should get the prophetic teachings ( Sunnah and Quranic meanings) after the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA).

Most of the tyrant governments like Bani Omayyah and Bani Abbas till today are against Shia Islam and played big role in defaming Shia Islam and spreading false propaganda against Shia.
Shia Muslims present evidence that they are following the original teachings of the Prophet (SAWA) not only from their books but also from the Sunni books and always call and practice dialogue.

You can find more details on this subject in many books written by ex Sunni scholars who reached to the reality of Shia Islam through scientific research like books of Dr Tijani and other scholars which can be seen in www.aqaid.com and www.al-Islam.org and many other websites.

It is widely known that the Qur'an as recorded in writing is not in the order of its revelation. However, a common misunderstanding is that any single numbered verse would have been revealed at the same time as a single unit. That has not always been the case.

Before looking at 33:33 we can examine the famous verse of 5:3 to see an example of this phenomenon.

  • You are prohibited carrion, blood, the flesh of swine, and what has been offered to other than Allah, and the animal strangled or beaten to death, and that which dies by falling or is gored to death, and that which is mangled by a beast of prey—barring that which you may purify —and what is sacrificed on stone altars [to idols], and that you should divide by raffling with arrows. All that is transgression. Today the faithless have despaired of your religion. So do not fear them, but fear Me. Today I have perfected your religion for you, and I have completed My blessing upon you, and I have approved Islam as your religion. But should anyone be compelled by hunger, without inclining to sin, then Allah is indeed all-forgiving, all-merciful.

The first and last parts of this verse, discussing food law, were revealed a year or so earlier to the highlighted portion that was revealed in 10 AH. It is commonly called the Ikmal verse, which, as you can see, is actually a part of the Qur'anic verse 5:3 rather than the entirety of it.

So in a similar manner 33:33 is also made up of parts that were not all revealed together.

  • Stay in your houses and do not flaunt your finery like the former [days of pagan] ignorance. Maintain the prayer and pay the zakat, and obey Allah and His Apostle. Indeed Allah desires to repel all impurity from you, O People of the Household, and purify you with a thorough purification.

The Qur'anic commentaries from all schools of thought in Islam demonstrate that the second part, famously called Ayat al-Tathir, was revealed separately and distinctly from the previous portion of 33:33 and also the subsequent verses.

Just like the mention of food law in 5:3 shows the continuity of the food law theme before and after the completion of religion theme, so also here the use of the all-feminine gender in the grammar of the part of 33:33 before the Ayat al-Tathir and afterwards in 33:34 onwards shows that those sentences were on the theme addressing the wives of the Prophet (s).

The Ayat al-Tathir part, on the other hand, uses the masculine gender that is grammatically appropriate when addressing a set of people that contains at least one male.

The reference to the Ahl al-Bayt in 33:33, therefore, is not a continuation of the address towards the wives of the Prophet (s), but an independent theme addressing 'Ali, Fatima, Hasan, and Husayn, on them all be peace, as the chosen Family of the Prophet Muhammad (s).

yes, there are instances were pious women raised their voices to make their stand clear in front of their opponents like Fatimah al-Zahra and Zaynab bint 'Ali, peace be upon them.

Therefore when a woman's honor and sanctity is violated, boldness and confidence may become a merit. For example, this can happen if she is mocked on the road and she has enough confidence abour her safety and that her bold words would stop the assailant, or at least would give him a lesson or something to ponder about.

In relation to modesty, the Qur'an says: "O wives of the Prophet! You are like no other women, if you are God-wary, so be not soft in speech least he who carries a disease in his heart should feel tempted and you should speak decent words" (33:32). Here, Allah tells the wives of the Prophet not to soften their speech in presence of other men as they should keep a distance from them and be God-wary.

Obviously different cases call for different answers and wisdom should be applied according to the situation.

With prayers of your success.
