Thank you for your question. If we assume the facts of the question as true, the question presupposes that volume equals importance. If the 2% difference gives rise to very distinct and important differences then monkeys and humans are not the same, as is clear from the difference in the way monkeys and humans live in this world. Another assumption is that all that is involved in being human is contained in DNA, and not just a human's physical aspects, which is something that is not established.

Yes even if the others were non Muslims as far as you do not know that the cloth is Najis. If it was Najis, we need to wash it to make it Taahir if we want to wear it during Prayers.
Hygiene needs to be observed especially when there is possibility of infection.
Clothes worn by pious people can have their blessings.
Our Infallible Imams used to wear their clothes then donate it at the end of the season, and people used to get lot of blessings from wearing such worn clothes.

The wife gets one eighth and the the remaining 7/8 must be divided into four equal parts, one part for every daughter and two parts is for the son. This is from the net wealth after paying back all dues on the deceased including the One third.
It is the right of every person to keep one third from all his net wealth after his death to be spent on any aim or person that he wants. This one third can be spent on charity, giving to family or friends or any other lawful purpose.
You can keep a part from that Third to your unmarried daughter which will added on her share from your inheritance.

Allah has created the night so that people may better rest and sleep. It is advisable to sleep in the first part of the night and not to go to sleep too late. There are some exceptions in certain days of the year or in relation to certain acts like seeking knowledge and reading the Qur'an. However generally speaking, the believer is not advised to stay awake an amount of time that would weaken his body or psychological state for salat al-layl, salat al-fajr or his daily commitments. Every person needs to adjust their timetable according to their situations and not necessarily sleeping less tantamount to lack of piety.
Having said that, sleeping too much is undesirable. To cut oversleeping habits, it is advisable to pray salat al-fajr as soon as the time enter and not fall asleep after it. If the body gets too tired by not sleeping enough in the morning, it is recommended to sleep a little in the middle of the day.
