Ignore these intrusive thoughts. What ignore means is dont repeat. Whatever the circumstance may be, to avoid developing waswasah, dont repeat. This is your fiqhi duty.

Doubt . Wudu (Ablution)

When I pray, I sometimes feel like I might have passed gas, but I am unsure if I heard a sound or if it is just internal. I don't believe I actually did, but the doubt arises when I hear a sound. What should I do given my strong belief that I haven't?

When you are not sure about it, and have just a doubt, it means that your Wudu is still valid and your prayer is valid as well.

Trousers . Urine . Doubt . Najasa (Impurity)

If someone is uncertain whether their trousers are impure due to a possible splash of urine or just water, should they wash them and repeat their prayers, or is the doubt sufficient to consider them clean?

The doubt in impurity itself does not mean that the item is impure unless and until you have certain knowledge or concrete evidence that it is impure. You don't need to repeat your prayer just because of the doubt. If you want to repeat that prayer out of precaution, you can do so but it is not obligatory.

I have been uncertain about my Ghusl and consider repeating my Ghusl and keep questioning my fasts. What is the best course of action for me in this situation?

You must completely ignore and dismiss these thoughts of doubt. The best course of action to rid yourself of waswasah, or developing waswasah is to dismiss these thoughts and ignore them, and never repeat what you have done.

What is the recommended amount of water for performing Wudu? I often question the validity of my Wudu and end up repeating it several times, which harms my hair and skin. How can I ensure I am doing it correctly without causing damage?

The Hadeeth narrated from the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) states: الوضوء بِمُدٍّ والغُسلُ بِصاع) Wudhu is with one Mudd (750 ml of water) and Ghusl is with one Saa' (3litres of water. Wasting water in Wudhu is not good and some Ulama said that it is Haraam.

If you repeat your Wudhu because repeated doubt, you must refrain from that and ignore the repeated doubts.

To remove your doubt, see a doctor specialised in circumcision, to see whether or not the procedure was done correctly.

You can either show him a picture of your private part, or allow him to see, enough for him to assess.

If someone knows how to perform Salah but unintentionally makes a mistake that alters the meaning of Al-Fatihah, and he is unaware of the mistake, does his certainty that he did it correctly still hold?

If he did it wrongly then rectified his mistake and did it correctly, his Salah will be valid.

How can I deal with severe Waswas during Salah, such as constant doubts about laughing, praying too fast, number of Sujood, Rakats, and gas problems?

Repeated doubts (Waswasah) is initiated and promoted by Shaitan to disturb first us and deprive us from the real taste of worshipping Allah (SWT). We must realize that it is from Shaitan, then try to tackle it in every possible way. We should never listen to the whispering (Waswasah) and must ignore it all the way. We need to decide to ignore any thought or doubt from the Waswasah and focus on that. It can take little time but it must get us free from Waswasah.

If a scholar recites the formula of marriage without mentioning the dowry or performing the consent exchange, causing confusion for the couple, is it necessary for them to recite it again to resolve their uncertainty?

Yes they can recite the marriage formula properly to resolve uncertainty.

This can be done as a precaution and not as an obligatory act.

Is it permissible to invest in a fund or index that invests in many companies, some of which deal with Halal items, but there is doubt that some companies may be involved in Haram businesses?

Doubt . Fatwa . Marja'

What should you do when you are uncertain about a Marja's Fatwa and have no knowledge or source for their reasoning? Is blind following in such cases justified?

The Marja' of Taqleed is the most or one of the most knowledgeable jurisprudence's experts,who has done full research and authentic evidence on his verdict. Unexperts can not be certain or uncertain about a Fatwa because they have no experience on juridrudence. Highest medical scientist does need his patients to be certain or uncertain when he has his scientific evidence on what he should do with a certain medical condition. Following the highest expert does not mean blind following but an enlightened following because your reason tells you to follow the most knowledgeable in every subject.
