You don’t need to mention you past sins to any one but Allah Who is The only Forgiver. Disclosing your past sins to other than your Creator can harm you. Keep seeking forgiveness and pardon from Allah (SWT).

Wali of virgin girl is her real father or her paternal grand father. No one else can be Wali for virgin girl. If the father opposes a marriage with a comparable Momin for no valid reason, and the girl needs the marriage to protect herself from sin, then she can refer to her Marje' of Taqleed to seek his verdict in such situation.

Father is not allowed to reject his daughter's marriage with a compatible believer when she wants to save herself from sin, just because of a cultural reason which is never a condition in Sharia.
I advise her to contact her Marje’ of Taqleed to explain to him his situation and seek him guidance.
You can get the email address of the main Maraaje’ of Taqleed in the Internet.

In this kind of situation, it is always best to have correct healthy communication with parents, to see the grounds, requirements and expectations the parents have towards who they want their child to get married to.
You might think the father's excuse is baseless, or unfair, but your assessment might be wrong.
The father is the guardian (wali), and he must act according to the interest of the daughter, which means if someone who is religious and has akhlaq, and is compatible to her (kuf`), proposes, and she expresses interest and approves, and everything is good from every other aspect, it is haram for him to refuse.
In Islam, it is called 'adhl (عضل), and it means the male guardian prohibiting marriage of women under his custody. And it is haram.

Acrylic nails are considered as zeenah, and therefore haram to wear in public. Furthermore, it would prevent water from getting to her skin/nails, which would invalidate her wudhu' and ghusl.
Should she avoid these situations, like not show it in front of non-mahram, and put it on after wudhu', her prayer will be valid.

It does not matter what madhhab or ideology the girl's father may be, her family should absolutely be involved, and her father must give consent for the marriage to be valid. Unless, of course, she meets the requirement of "balighah/rashidah".

In general our esteemed Maraji' permit a female who meets the shar'i requirement of being a balighah rashidah, to marry without a need of a guardian's consent, as long as the condition of her being so is correctly defined and understood.
It is not just a matter of maturity, but that she has absolute independence in her affairs, not just financial, but social as well. And that she is completely consciously aware of what is good and what is bad for her, and is competent in her decision making.

If the virgin girl has no living father but has a paternal grand father, his permission or approval will be enough. If she has no living father nor paternal grand father, then she can decide herself for herself and does not need a permission from other family members.

Marriage between Muslims from any Islamic sect is permissible in principle, but if you know that this marriage can harm your faith or religious practice, then you should avoid it because saving your faith and religious practice is more important than marriage. Your mother's happiness can not be through endangering your future. You should explain to her in suitable and polite way your situation and never allow such forced marriage if you feel that it can harm your faith or religious practice.
