Fulfilling the oaths or promises to Allah (SWT) is compulsory (WAAJIB) as far as the person who made the oath of the promise is Aaqil (Sane). If the Waswasah makes the person insane, then insane person is not responsible for he does or says during that condition.

If the contact lenses are purely for medical reason and not for beautification,  then it will be allowed during the state of Ihraam. If it was for looking more beautiful or to make your eyes look nice,then it not allowed during Ihraam.

When you read Quran,b you will see that Allah Loves persons with good qualities like:

1. Allah Loves those who do good.  (2:195)

2. Allah Loves those who repent and purify themselves from sins. (2: 222).

3. Allah Loves the Pious. (3: 76).

4. Allah Loves the good doers. (3:148).

5. Allah Loves those who put their trust in Him. (3:159).

6. Allah Loves the good doers. (5:13).

7. Allah Loves those who are justly. (5:42).

8. Allah Loves those who fight in His cause together like a solid structure. (61: 4).

Many other verses in Quran give similar meaning of the reason of the love of Allah.

We can gain love of Allah through obtaining these noble deeds which has degrees depending on the degrees of the noble deeds.

Thinking about the countless bounties of Allah on us increases our love to Allah, and that will make us more grateful and obedient servants, which leads us more near to the love of Allah.

Loving and obeying the most beloved servants of Allah, Muhammad and his Holy Progeny (SAWA) makes us more near to the love of Allah (SWT).

Repeating Estighfaar and Salawaat is always useful in purifying our hearts and deeds and enlightening our hearts.

Predestination is everything in life which is out of our will or control like our creation, our birth place,v our family,our skin color, or height, our eyes color , our body functioning etc. every predestined matter is never part of our our responsibility. Our faith and deeds are our responsibility and every one with be questioned about his faith and deeds. Allah (ASWT) Says in Quran :And stop them, verily they will be questioned. Sura Saffar, verse 24.

Sura 65:3 says that everything created by Allah has a discipline and order. It never says that our deeds are destined or I forced in us. Allah Says in Quran ( We Have guided him ( human being) the way, and he decides to be grateful of disgraceful) Sura Al-Insaan, verse 3.
