I got upset with my sister for using our charger, and in anger, I swore not to use it until she was done. However, I ended up using it anyway. Do I need to fast for this?

You need to feed or clothe ten poor believers, and if you can not, then fast three days.

Quran is clearly against three Divorces as you read in sura Baqara, verse 229 ( The divorce is twice, after that either you retain her with goodness or release her with kindness).

All Hadeeths from the Prophet (SAWA) and Ahlul Bayt (AS) regarding divorce talk about one Talaq at one time and there is no three Talaq at one time.

One of the conditions of proper Talaq is no anger at all from the husband. Anger  invalidates the Talaq. Ameerul Mo'mineen Ali (AS) said: Anger is a type of madness.

Talaq with anger is invalid and your wife is still your wife and not divorced.

Three Divorces at one time are invalid according to authentic evidence from the Prophet (SAWA) and Ahlul Bayt (AS).

It is not allowed to listen to any type of sinful music. Sinful music is the music which is usually listened by the sinners. Emotional music which is usually by sinners is not allowed. If it is a martial music of war which is specifically used by the sinners, then many of our great Maraaji' of Taqleed say that it is not sinful.

How can we address the situation where my father believes in black magic and follows fraudulent individuals who claim to offer solutions for it, even though discussing it with him only makes him angry and he blames all our problems on black magic?

Black magic is not the only reason behind every problem in our life, but if you father thinks that and follows fraudulent individuals who claim to offer solutions, you should never do anything or say any word which can hurt his feelings or make him feel disrespected. Let him do whatever he thinks right but you should not encourage wrong ideas or fraudulent persons.
