As obligatory Prayers have Adaa' when it is performed within its time, and Qadha; when it is performed after its time, recommended prayers also have Adaa' when it is performed within it's time, and Qadha when it is performed after it's time. Qurbatan ilallah is a condition in every worship, yet Adaa and Qadha should be in your intention.

Although it is highly recommended to pray in a mosque, especially if you live close to it, but it would be permissible to pray at hom if the person wants to, or for whatever reason.

If you discovered that your Ghusl was definitely wring after 6 to 7 hours, you must redo the Ghusl in the proper way and perform your obligatory Prayer after the valid Ghusl. Invalid Ghusl means every worship performed after it is invalid until you perform a valid Ghusl.
