If I accidentally make sounds during my prayers, does that invalidate them? This occurs frequently, and I often find myself repeating my prayers multiple times because of it.

Passing gas during Salah invalidates Salah because Wudhu is invalid by passing gas. If you are sure that you passed gas whether intentionally or un intentially, your Wudhu is invalid and your Salah is invalid and you need to perform Wudhu and Salah again.

What are the options for performing Salah outside of home in non-Muslim countries, like at school or work, where public prayer isn't feasible? I prefer to pray on time as recommended, rather than allowing it to become Qada.

Our duty is to pray, and try as hard as we can to pray on time. You must just find an appropriate place, with privacy, so as to not draw unwanted attention, or annoy anyone around you.

If my foot shifts while wiping my feet during Wudu because the shoes I am standing on aren't stable, does this invalidate my Wudu and do I need to repeat my prayers due to this movement?

No, it does not invalidate your wudhu', as long as your hand was wiping the foot, and not the foot moving such that it wiped the hand.

When a word ends with a Taa Marbuta during prayer, should we pronounce the Haa sound at the end? Is the prayer still valid if we don't pronounce it?

If you stop on the word which is ending with Taa Marbouta, it becomes Haa, but if you continue and don’t stop on it, it is pronounced  Taa. E.g Yathal Rahmatil Wasi'ah يا ذا الرحمة الواسعة
