If I prayed Qadha of Fajr before sunrise due to some confusion, how do I make up for this mistake?

You don't need to repeat the Prayer as you prayed as Qadha, thinking that time has already gone.

If I forget to pray Qadha prayers on a day, can I delay it to the next day or do I have to immediately pray them?

You do not need to pray the qadha' prayer immediately, on that same day. However, try not to further delay it too much, as it could accumulate and become a burden.

Does a 10 year old need to give Kaffarah if they purposely leave a fast in Ramadan without any valid reason even if they have made the Qaza fast afterwards?

If the 10 year old is a female, who has reached her shar'i age of bulugh, then yes, she will need to pay the kaffarah of 'feeding 60 poor', along with doing the qadha' of that day. 

If it was a male, then no, he does not.
