People of the Book (Arabic: أهل الكتاب‎, ahl al-kitāb) or People of the Scripture is an Islamic term which refers to Jews, Christians and Sabians. It is also used in Judaism to refer to the Jewish people and by members of some Christian denominations to refer to themselves.

Such Mut'ah with a woman from Ahl al-Kitab with out the permission of your Muslim wife is not allowed and according to some Maraaji' invalid and void.

Either you get permission of your Muslim wife or terminate it immediately.

Everything is Taahir for you unless and until you definitely know that it has become Najis. Your non Muslim housekeeper handling your cloth with dry hands does not make your cloth Najis.

The dig in your house does not mean that your clothes are Najis as far as you have no evidence that d=the dog touched your clothes with wetness.

Bismihi ta'ala

If she is not completely independent from her parents, and has no family or social commitment to her father/grandfather as her guardian, she would not need to seek consent from her wali. Otherwise, she must have consent from her wali, where Muslim or from Ahlul Kitab.
