Saying all the Takbir and other sayings in Zuhr and Asr aloud is permissible. Reciting the AlHamd and the other Sura should not be aloud in Zuhr and Asr. Reciting Bismillah Arrahman Arraheem aloud is recommended in Zuhr and Asr, while it is obligatory in Maghrib, Isha and Farr prayers.

We must perform every obligatory Prayer on its time and never delay it till its time goes away. If you did not pray your Dhuhr Prayer, you must perform it before performing your ASR Prayer. Dhikr is highly recommended after every obligatory Prayer. Tasbeeh of Fatima (SA) is highly recommended after every Prayer and it is more beloved to Allah (SWT) than one thousand recommended Rak'ats, according to Hadeeth from Imam Ja'far Al-Sadiq (AS). Reciting Ayatul Kursi is also highly recommended after prayers.

It is recommended to perform Dhuhr Prayer immediately after midday (Zawaal) with out any delay. After performing Dhuhr Prayer, performing ASR Prayer is optional between performing ASR after performing the Dhuhr Prayer or waiting till the shadow becomes two sevenths.

It is obligatory to perform Salah within nits time and it is not allowed to delay Salah till it’s time goes away. Praying in a moving vehicle or train is allowed especially when there is no other option to perform the Salah within its time.

Asr Prayer’s time starts immediately after completing Dhuhr Prayers, but if you want to separate between Dhuhr and Asr, then when the shadow of an item reaches two sevenths of it.
Isha prayer can be performed after performing Maghrib Prayer and it’s Nawafil but if you want to separate between Maghrib and Ish, then after the end of reddishness on the west.
