Bird dropping is not Najis. What do you mean by writing: My bird bit a Najis object?

Wassalam.

When tap water is used and the Najis item (A'yn al-Najasah) is removed then there is no question of impurity remains. Cat food by itself is not necessarily Najis unless it contains Najis ingradeint.

Wassalam.

If he is sure that he touched the item which was in fact Najis, with a wet hand or the item was wet, then his hand became Najis even if he was unaware that it was Najis when he touched it. If he is not sure that his hand was wet or the item was wet when was touched by him, then his hand is Najis. Same also is the rule for other items touched by him later on whether he was sure that his hand was wet or the item itself was wet when it was touched by his Najis hand.

Wassalam.

Bismihi ta'āla

No, wiping it will not remove the najasah. There must be pouring of water.

You might be better to just keep it that way, although you might be concerned about using it when your hands sweat, etc, or maybe trading the laptop with another new one.

It might be a bit risky, but you can put the laptop upside down, and spray water upwards, hoping it does not go in, and then dry it quickly. It does not need kurr water, and does not need a lot of water as well. This is just a suggestion.
