Once you've done your ghusl, and there is no najasah substance anywhere there, then wherever the water has reached, it would be considered tahir. With wearing slippers inside the bathroom, it has the same scenariou. As long as there is no najasah substance, and there was flowing of water, it would be tahir.

if you touch the unwashed dead body with the wet hand then your hand becomes Najis so if you touch another thing with that hand while it is wet that thing will become najis too.
But touching the dead body with dry hand doesn't make your hand najis and the only duty is to perform Mayyit touching Ghusl.

No we must assure the food is halal. One way is that we receive it from the hand or market of a muslim

After removing Najasat, whether by tissue or water , just pour Qalil water on the place two times, then that place as well as your hands are Taahir.
