Why does Allah (swt) call the Prophet Muhammad (s) a Nabi in some verses of the Quran and Rasul in others? Sayyed Mohammad Al-Musawi	In the event of calamity on Thursday our beloved Prophet (s) was not given a pen and paper. But I have been hearing since childhood that he (s) was unlettered. Did Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) practice any kind of mysticism which culminated into Allah (SWT) bestowing prophethood on him? Amina Inloes	In Sahih al-Bukhari it mentions that the Prophet (PBUH) wanted to write a statement after which the Muslims would not go astray after him. But wasn't the Prophet (PBUH) illiterate?
