My father created a will some time before he took his own life. In order to allocate the daughters their share in inheritance, we might need to oppose the will. Is it permissible to disregard his will if there are no other alternatives available?

Any part of the will is invalid if it goes against Shariat. If the will does not go against Islamic rules, no one has right to oppose it.

‘it is not permissible to take your own life under any situation, Life and death is from Allah (SWT) and He Granted us our life and Ge takes it whenever He wants. No one from us is allowed to take his or her life under any circumstance. Allah Can Save us if He Wants and should never lose hope from His Mercy.

There are a lot of reasons why someone might be having suicidal thoughts, and if there is no obvious reason why you are feeling this way (such as grief or loss), it is worth considering that there could be physical causes such as heavy metal poisoning. I would recommend seeking out medical or psychiatric assistance and seeing if they can help.

Main fact which you need to remind her is the fact of the great Mercy of God, which greater than any problem or hardship. Remembering the great Mercy of God brings helpless people to their senses and makes then start hoping and wishing to get anything from the Mercy of God.
