If the floor in my room becomes Najis how can I purify it?

It is not necessary to take it as Najis unless you are sure that food was touched with wetness by a Najis hands. Food cooked with out been touched or by wearing gloves is not Najis.

During Salah, can I place Najis leather valuables, such as wallets or shoes, in a small bag and place the bag in front of me so that it is beneath my stomach during prostration?

Yes it is permissible to do that, even you can keep Najis leather or any other Najis items in your pocket during Salah as far as Najis items are not wet because wet Najis item will make your pocket Najis which will invalidate your Salah.

I do Istibra but sometimes even after doing it some drops come out. Does that make me Najis and does it invalidate my Wudu?

After doing istibra you can assume any drops are pure and your wudu remains valid.
