Such discharge is not Najis and it does not require any Ghusl nor Wudhu.

Thank you for your question. Below is the ruling of Ay Sistani (hA). For further details please refer ti his book of Islamic laws or the rulings of your own Marja in the section of conditions for clothing in prayer. There are separate rules for someone who suffers from incontinence.

Ruling 786. The first condition: the clothing worn by a person performing prayers must be pure, and if someone voluntarily performs prayers with an impure body or with impure clothing, his prayers are invalid.

Urine . Health . Camel

I am a Muslim and I have come across the benefits of drinking human urine. I have also read somewhere that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) permitted a group of sick men to drink camel's urine. Is this true? And is it permissible in Islam to drink one's own urine?

Drinking human urine is definitely forbidden (Haraam) because it is Najis (impure) and consuming any Najis (impure) item is absolutely Haraam.

There is no question of drinking your own urine for medical reasons, because it is Najis and no cure can come from Najis item as the Hadeeth states ( Allah The Glorious never puts cure in anything which has been forbidden by Him).

Drinking the urine of camels is mentioned in many Sunni books like Bukhari, ( Vol.1, Page 62,

Ibn Maajah 2/1158,

Tirmithi 3/184,

Mussannaf Ibn Abi Shaibah 5/455, etc.

It is also mentioned in some Shia books with the condition of medical need.

It must be noted that camels’ urine is not Najis, because of the fact that the urine of any animal which is allowed to be eaten by us (Halal) is not Najis.
