Hadith

Ḥadīth (حديث‎ ḥadīth, pl. Aḥādīth, أحاديث, ʼaḥādīth, also "Traditions") in Islam are the record of the words, actions, and silent approval, traditionally attributed to the Islamic prophet Muhammad. Within Islam the authority of hadith as a source for religious law and moral guidance ranks second only to that of the Quran.

Yes. It is narrated in Al-Ehtijaaj by al-Tabarsi that Ameerul Momineen Ali (AS) was asked about best tribute for him, he replied by reciting the verse 13:43.

" الاحجتاج " للطبرسي سأل رجل عليّ بن أبي طالب (عليه السّلام) عن أفضل منقبة له ، فقرأ الآية ، وقال : « إيّانا عنى بمَن عنده علم الكتاب » .

There is no doubt that Nubuwwah is only for the prophets, and it was ended by the Last Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) as it is stated in Quran (Sura Al-Ahzab, verse 40) and the very clear and authentic Hadeeth : O Ali, you are from me like Haroun was from Musa, but there is prophet after me. (Saheeh Muslim, Hadeeth 2404), Saheeh Al-Bukhari , Hadeeth 225).

All the twelve Imams from Ahlul Bayt (AS) who are the real successors of the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) are having the great status from his great status (A Progeny who are from him. Sura 3, verse 34) but not prophets at all.

We are able to distinguish between Nubuwwah and Imamah, although both of them are from Allah (SWT) and we are absolutely ordered to obey the Infallible Imams as we are been ordered to obey the Prophet (SAWA) because of the fact that every order from the Ibfallible Imams is from the Prophet (SAWA) which is from Allah (SWT).

'We respect our pious Ulama but never claim infallibility to any Aalim.

This narration is not authentic according to the basics of Ilm Al-Rijaal. It is from Abdullah ibn Ka'b ibn Malik. Ka'b ibn Malik was one of the three men who disobeyed the Prophet (SAWA) and did not join the army of the Muslims and were been mentioned in Quran (Al-Tawbah, verse 118). Such weak narrations are mentioned the book of Bukhari to justify the claims of Saqeefah group who have taken away the right of Ameerul Mo'mineen Ali (AS).

Quranic verses are clear that the Prophet (SAWA) helps the believers and he is very sympathetic on them, and he is the source of blessings on the believers.

'The Infallible Imams are the real successors of the Prophet (SAWA) and did and still do the same to help the believers. They are in fact the keys to open the gates of mercy for the believers and we have many authentic narrations stating that.

The most important Hadeeth which contains an obligatory and compulsory order from the Prophet to every Muslims from His time till the day of Judgement is Hadeeth Al-Thaqalain in which the Prophet stated (I am leaving among you two most important things that if you keep follow both of them, you will never go astray; the book of Allah and my progeny Ahlulbayt (AS). This most authentic Hadeeth was narrated both in Shia and Sunni books. These are some of the Sunni books:

1. Saheeh Muslim, Volume 7, Page 123

2.Al-Sunan Al-Khubra by Al-Bayhaqi, Volume 2, Page 138 and Volume 7, Page 30

3. Al-Sunan Al-Khubra by Al-Nasa’ee, Volume 5, Page 51

4. Shaheeh Ibn Khuzaima, Volume 4, Page 63

5. Al-Mo’jam Al-Kabeer by Al-Tabrani, Volume 5, Page 182

6. Musnad Ahmad Ibn Hambal, Volume 4, Page 366

7. Sunan Al-Darreme, Volume 2, Page 431

8. Al-Mussannaf by Ibn Abi Shaibah, Volume 7, Page 418 and many other Sunni books.

The main reason of the problems of the Muslims after Prophet till today is the disobedience of the majority of the Muslims and deviating from the clear orders of the Prophet stated in this Hadeeth. They claim to read Quran, but they left Ahlulbayt

(AS) aside and followed other people. The solution of all the problem of Muslims is in obeying Allah by obeying his Messenger, by implementing his orders in this Hadeeth. When Muslims obey Allah, the Prophet (SAWA) and Ahlulbayt (AS) then they will be on the right path.

The state of the heart and the spirituality can change with the deeds and thoughts.  When the heart submits to the will of Allah and be more involved in remembering Allah, then spiritually increases, and vice versa. Anger is a bad action which drives the person away from Allah and keeps him under the influence of Shaitaan. More remembering Allah increases the peace of mind and the spirituality. The believers who remember Allah sincerely not only enjoy the taste of remembering Him, but also gain more degrees in the spirituality and submission to the will of Allah (S.W.T). The remedy for any fault or anger or unwanted act is seeking forgiveness (Istighfaar).

Just because a hadith has an unknown narrator does not mean for certain it was fabricated. Possibly the narrator was known in the past, but we do not know them now because we have lost books and information. Also, possibly the information in the hadith is correctly transmitted even if we don't know the transmitter. It is better to say that hadith with unknown narrators lack verification.

There are many authentic narrations in this regard. Ahlul Bayt (AS) encouraged their followers to mention their truth , merits and virtues. Imam Ja'far Al-Sadiq (AS) said: Keep our truth alive. May Allah bestow His Mercy on every one who keeps our truth alive among peopleأحيوا أمرنا رحم الله من أحيا أمرنا . Biharul Anwaar, V. 44, page 282.

There are plenty of authentic Hadeeths from the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) and Ahlul Bayt (AS) stating that Muslim woman must cover her entire hair as part and parcel of the obligatory Hijab. You can refer to all our Hadeeth and jurisprudence books to read these Hadeeths. The Hadeeth of Mi'raaj is an authentic very well known Hadeeth, in which the Prophet (SAWA) told Lady Fatima (AS) that he was been shown the punishment of types of sinners including a woman hanged in the hellfire because she was not covering her hair in front of outsider men.Biharul Anwar, V. 8, P.309. More narrations on this subject can be found in Mustanad Al Shia by Al-Naraqi volume 4 page 247.
