Laylatul Qadr ends on the end of the night on Fajr time. There are narrations that day of that night of Qadr is also great.like Laylatul Qadr.

Which order, between eating Suhoor first then praying Salatul Layl or vice versa, would result in more reward during the month of Ramadhan?

Performing Salatul Layl (Night Prayer) has long ours of the night although it is more recommended to perform it as near to Fajr as you can. Eating Sujood is also recommended during the time of Sahar which is the last sixth of the night.

What time is considered "the night" for special days such as the 23rd of Ramadan? Is it 12AM midnight marking the start of 23rd Ramadan or after Maghrib evening on the 23rd Ramadan?

The night starts from Maghrib time and goes on till Fajr time, while the day starts from after Fajr or sunrise according to another opinion, and continuous till sunset.

No, there is no issue at all with doing nikah contract outdoors, or in morning.

The only time it is makruh is when the moon being in the zodiacal sign of Scorpio (qamar fi al-'aqrab), and when the moon is absent (end of lunar month/beginning of lunar month), which is called al-mihaq.

The Istekhara is valid as far as the circumstances of the matter has not changed.

Sura Al-Hamd is the most important Sura in Quran which is called Ummul Kitab which means the mother of the Book.

'Sura Al-Tawheed is one third ofvthecQuran.

'Sura Al-Kaafiroon is one quarter of the whole Quran.

Can I delay my prayer by 15-20 minutes if I have a longer Islamic session online, or would it be considered sinful to prioritize the session over performing the prayer at the designated time?

Performing the Prayer on the start of its time is highly recommended as believe from the actions of the Prophet (SAWA) and Ahlul Bayt (AS) that nothing can be more important than performing Salah on the start of its time. Even when they were fighting the enemies of Allah, they never postponed Salah.

Should I repay my debt, that was obtained in rupees, based on today's exchange rate or based on the exchange rate at the time I borrowed, considering that I earn in dollars?

You should not harm the person who did good to you by lending you his money when you were in need. In fact it is recommended to pay him a gift above his original money. Such gift is not obligatory in you but just recommended but you should never give him less than the real value of what he gave you.

If a married couple have become impure, and they don't want to do Ghusl for health or such reason, is it permissible to extend offering Salah until such a time that only Tayammum remains possible?

Looking at this example, the reason to avoid ghusl is for aesthetic reasons, so as to avoid loss of hair, due to excessive ghusls per day.

The couple can cut down on what leads to ghusl, and prioritise their 'ibadah and make sure their relationship with Almighty God is always stronger than their lust.

Intimacy is very good, but not such that it makes one think in this kind of a way, and deliberately miss out on prayer.

Ghusl should not take more than 2 minutes, all together, and not that much water as well. Therefore, if the couple do have a fear of hair loss, minimising the shower time is good option. It is also mentioned that cold water is good for hair.

If I forget to pray Asr and it becomes Qadha, and then it is Maghrib time, should I pray Maghrib and Isha first before performing the Qadha prayer for Asr?

Pray Qadha of Asr first then Maghrib and Isha.
