Should I pay Khums on my company shares that are not paying dividends due to reinvesting the profits? Is it my responsibility to pay Khums individually or does the company have to pay on its profits?

You are responsible to pay Khums on whatever you own including investments on today's value if you did not pay for that investments previously. If you paid previously then no Khums again on that investment unless the value of the investment has increased. In such case you need to pay for the extra amount on the value more that what you have already paid previously. No difference if you receive dividends or not as far as there is a market value of your investment.

Yes , you can request your father to send you for Ziyarah. His Khums is his responsibility but if you are sure that he has dues of Khums on him, you can politely request him to consult a trusted Aalim.

Can I deduct my monthly expenses, such as rent, if my Khums date is on December 23rd and I receive my salary on that date, but I need to pay the expenses on December 28th?

You can deduct the expenses already incurred before on on your date of Khums not expenses which be incurred after your date of Khums.
