Is it right for me to confront my father about hurting my mother, knowing it may upset him? His manipulative behavior and lack of support are impacting my mental health, and I feel anxious watching my mother suffer emotionally while he disrespects her.

You must always respect your parents no matter how they behave and you must avoid any act or word which can hurt their feelings. Even if ur father is misbehaving with ur mother u are not to confront him as it can hurt his feelings and cause disrespect to him. You can support your mother emotionally with out disrespecting your father.

My wife asked for my opinion on courts that don't follow Sharia law. I don't believe in man-made courts, but we live in a country without Sharia. She called me a Kafir and accused me of Shirk before leaving. What should I do in this situation?

Whatever your view may be about man-made laws and courts, it has nothing to do with shirk and kufr. It seems the issue your wife has with you is not about courts. What you should is try to mend the relationship, if you can, and avoid having these kind of arguments.

If a wife is in contact with another man in an inappropriate way and then seeks divorce from her husband in order to be with that other man, while the husband refuses divorce and wishes for reconciliation, does she have the right to obtain divorce?

She can request this from her husband, and the husband should comply. He has no right to force her to stay with him. He needs to give himself self-respect and cooperate.
