Dancing is not permissible according to leading Maraaji’ of Taqleed. Dancing with music or with out music is included in this rule, Obviously, listening to sinful music is another sinful act.

Practicing sports and physical exercise which help our body and health is recommended as the Hadeeth states: Surely, your body has right on you إنَّ لِجَسَدِكَ عليكَ حقّاً. Biharul Anwaar V.70, page 128.

If the exercise does not involve any sinful act and to be practiced with out music or promoting non Islamic actions,then it should be allowed.

It depends on your body condition. Exercise is good as far as it does not harm your health and does not take very long to waste your time. Every person has his own limits which he feels.
