What can I do about my gastric problem affecting my ablution for prayer, leading to its repeated invalidation? It only occurs once I sit on the prayer mat, causing frustration.

Some doctors advise to go to the toilet before performing Wudhu so that the gas is out of your stomach during your prayers. If the wind is continuous with out stopping,b then you just need to perform one Wudhu and pray even if wind come out. If the wind stops for few minutes, then you need to perform your Wudhu and Prayers during that period before your Wudhu is broken.

If I accidentally got pen ink on myself before performing Wudhu, but forgot about it while performing Wudhu and prayed without removing the ink, and only remembered it after praying, do I need to repeat my prayers?

Asalamu Alaykom, 

If the ink you had on your hand would form a barrier from the water reaching the skin, then yes, you must repeat that Salah and wudu after removing such a barrier. 

May Allah grant you success 
Is it allowed to apply makeup on your face before making Wudu and then praying?

Make up should not form a layer on your skin preventing water from reaching to any part of your face.

'Make up material should be Taahir.

'Obviously, make up on your face should not be shown to non Mahram men.

I had a cut on my finger which, before Wudhu, I washed twice. Blood remained on the actual slit of the cut, less than a Dirham, and while performing Wudhu the blood was diluting with the water. Is my Wudhu and Salat valid?

Parts of Wudhu must be Taahir during performing Wudhu. If blood was flowing during performing Wudhu from a place of Wudhu, Wudhu will be then invalid, then Salah will be invalid.
