If the Nasheed does not include sinful music, then it will be allowed to listen to it. Sinful music is the music which is usually listened by the sinners.

The evidence in Hadeeth prohibits the sinful music which is used in the sinful gatherings. Martial or funeral music is not prohibited.

Buying the franchise is allowed if you will not be forced to deliver Haraam items. You must refrain from delivering any item which is not allowed.

If they put condition on you to deliver whatever they ask you to deliver including Haraam items, then you should avoid such contract.

Muslim great scholars in general consider every music which is usually used by sinners as not permissible. There is no specific musical instrument which is allowed always, but it depends on how this instrument is been used whether in sinful music or not.

Try to listen to Quran or any useful found material.

'Try to recite Quran with loud or at least clear voice.

'Try to recite Azaan on every time of Namaz.

'Try to focus on important issues and never allow Shaitan to find you as easy task to whisper on your ears.

'Repeat Salawaat and Estighfaar and LA HAWLA WALA QOWWATA ILLA BILLAH when ever you are alone.

It would depend upon what music is being played; what lyrics there are. Rulings on music among scholars are diverse. Ayatollah Sistani says that it is not permissible to listen to music that is used for frivolous entertainment or sexual provocation, meaning that music that is NOT used for frivolous entertainment or sexual provocation may be listened to; for example, music that is composed to praise God. Interestingly, even the same ruling exists in Buddhism. You should have a discussion with the teacher to ask what kind of music they intend to teach, as unfortunately nowadays children are exposed to many indecent and adult-level sounds and images, even at school.

We can not say that every vocal melody is disallowed because the way of Tajweed, Azaan , Nawhakhwani etc has a vocal melody. The music which is usually used by the sinners is not permissible even if it used in Noha or Tajweed.

If the melody  is used by the sinners, then we must avoid it.

Prohibitions are based on hadith. Interpretations of Islamic law which allow for use of musical instruments are based on reconsidering the applicability/correctness of those hadith or the cultural context.

For instance, the type of music that is mentioned in hadith was usually associated with licentious behaviour, alcohol, dancing slave girls, and other ethically problematic things, whereas elevator music does not have those connotations today. Still, it is good to consider that certain instruments may have positive or negative effects on people ethically or spiritually, and not to assume that everything is cultural context - God knows best.

It is not our opinion which makes or changes the Islamic rule in any matter but the reality of the matter based on the religious teachings and understanding of the highest scholars.

All musical instruments (used by sinners) including piano are not allowed to play, no matter what you think about it. Muslims believe in the Absolute Wisdom, and Mercy of Allah and follow the rules of religion as obedient servants with out argument or doubt.
